bad service
ReplyDeletevery bad, i ordered @ hor al anz branch at 8:18pm and i followed up my order at 8:51pm they said the guy is coming.. @ 9:13 again i called them and asked where is my order.. i told the one who answered the phone "delivery must be max 45mins and staying just opposite your restaurant, its already more than 1 hour im waiting. tell me if you cant deliver my order instead of keeping me waiting" then she replied ma'am he will come now. and guess what its already 9:45pm until now i didnt got my order.
ReplyDeleteIf its just opposite your home/house or office, get your ass down to the restaurant and pick it up yourself. This is height of Laziness. Even if you are sick it would have been a good idea to take a walk outside to get some fresh air. Yes i agree whoever gives a time deadline should keep to it, else they should simply say no.
